Mind-blowing room with small kitchen, SUPER close to pier and farm market. Mercedes, the host, went above and beyond, lending us an umbrella and extra towels, welcoming us warmly. Wifi worked well in the storm. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing drinking water and showing us where to buy groceries. The spacious kitchen had a blender and other useful appliances, and the best bakery in town was just around the corner. Monica, the host, greeted us with fresh bread, milk, and dulce de leche, and the well-equipped kitchen even had a water filter and a coffee maker. The apartment was cleaned daily.

Friendly host, delicious homemade meals, and insightful stories about Galapagos. Excellent location near attractions but away from touristy areas. Impeccably clean and well-organized with generous amenities like snorkeling gear and WiFi booster. Perfect for families, with nearby bakery and laundromats. A warm and welcoming experience, would definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided me with extra towels and even lent me an umbrella during a rainstorm. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the tourist hotspots and easily accessible. I also enjoyed the safe and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, thanks to the gated property and the quiet surroundings.
There were a few minor issues during my stay that could be improved. the communication with the staff was a bit confusing, especially regarding matters like payment and amenities like wifi and hot water.

We stayed at the Finch House Villa during our visit to Puerto Ayora. It was a spacious unit perfect for a family or group. The bedroom was comfortable and the connected shower added convenience. The lounge area was large, and the sofa could be converted into a bed if needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The owner, Mercedes, was incredibly hospitable and provided us with valuable information on local tours. The location was central, near the market, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our stay was comfortable and memorable, thanks to the warm hospitality and helpful tips from Mercedes.
Nothing that I didn't like.
